Brian's B-1 Bomber Grad

Brian graduated from the B-1 Bomber pilot program through the Airforce.
I was very grateful to be able to go to his graduation (thanks to my Mom).
My boys loved touring the air-force base and the jets that Brian flies.
My awesome Sister-in-law and I discovered we have similar tastes in clothes ;)
These two always have a lot of fun together.
Brian taught the boys how to play the game "Ninja" -now a fav.
I'm so grateful for family, and the time we get to spend together.

Reese's 7th Birthday

We rented this giant monster for Reese's Birthday party:
It was HUGE.  I even got a little scared going down it!
The little kids had fun on the trampoline instead.
.
My kids spend so much time with these kids at daycare, church and school.
We love them, they are an extension of our family. :)

I hope sweet Reesey man had a great Birthday.  We sure do love him and I'm so very grateful to be his Mother.  He has such a big heart with so much compassion.  He is such a great help to me.

Sweet Mama DeHoyos

Edward's sweet Mom passed away on Tues July 25th.
She had been suffering for quite some time with complications that arose from being on dialysis.
She was such a sweet loving woman, quick to smile, and a talent for seeing the humor in life.  I see a lot of her in Grayce, they both have very carefree fun loving dispositions.
I am grateful to know that she is pain-free now and able to laugh and be with her parents and siblings on the other side.  We love you and will miss you Mama.

Country Girl

Grayce is a girl after my own heart.
My Aunt Sonya let us visit her little farm and Grayce was right at home :)

Grayce fed the horse Watermelon and then got to go for a ride.  When it was time to get off she wouldn't let go of the poor horses mane and hollered that she wanted to "ride the pony forever"!
She was chasing the chickens and then I heard a little voice squawk,
"Ma! I caught a chicken!"

Washburn Family Reunion

They had some of the grand-kids try and line up all the Aunts and Uncle Siblings from oldest to youngest.  It was pretty funny.  Poor Uncle Andy (green shirt) kept getting lined up as the oldest.
Below is the correct order, only my sweet Aunt Katie is missing:
Below -my Dad telling some of his tall-tales:
.
Grayce wanted me to hold her the entire time we were there.  The only time she would leave my side for two seconds was to play with this little cousin whose name happens to also be Grace:
The boys had so much fun, and had a few cousin sleep-over parties which went till 1am.
 Nothing is better than family!

Idaho friends

I was grateful to get to see an old friend from DH school (Erin) while in Idaho:
I also got to see a sweet friend I worked with in AZ who had moved to ID, and her sweet daughter.

Tuscon Temple Open House

I was grateful to able to go with some family through the new Tuscon Temple.  It is beautiful.
My cousin Amy and her son Reese invited us to their home in Tuscon for a pool party.
The boys had so much fun together! I love spending time with family.
We went out to eat at Rain-forest Cafe
Since Amy is unable to make it up to the big family reunion in Idaho -she sent us with this big bag of Carmel popcorn
to take to everyone.  It was bigger than Grayce ;)

Grayce's first Pedicure

Grayce loves going up to strange ladies at the swimming pool and admiring their toe-nails.
If they have polish she will say, "Oooh pretties!" and touch their big toe.
For a special treat I took her to get her toes done and she loved it!
