I got your comment. I wanted to let you know I do my blog book through blurb.com using booksmart. It's really easy, but time consuming because i opt out of the "autofill" and put the pages together myself. Its totally worth it though. Let me know if you have any questions, not that I'm an expert by any means, but i have learned a lot since i did my first one...working on my fourth book right now.
